1 Definitions and Scope

In this document, "t baji", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the https://t-baji.cam website and all associated digital services. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any person registered on the site.

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the t baji platform — sports betting, casino games, fishing games, live dealer games, and any other sections that may be added in the future. These terms apply equally when using the service through an Android or iOS mobile app.

Unless a separate written agreement or special terms have been provided by t baji, this document constitutes the complete agreement between the member and the platform. Verbal statements, chat messages, or emails from any staff member do not override this written document.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on t baji, members must be 21 years of age or older. Age will be verified based on the date of birth provided at registration. If false information is used to register, the account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

Additionally, residents of regions or countries where online gambling is legally prohibited are not eligible to use t baji. It is each member's own responsibility to be aware of and comply with the laws in their area.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Attempts to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, bank account, or mobile number will be flagged as duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be accurate and up to date. t baji may request a national ID card or other documents for identity verification. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their login credentials private. Sharing a password with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Members are responsible for all activity carried out through their account. Any suspicious login or account access must be reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on t baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

After a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, it is generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This time may increase if there are technical issues or if identity verification is required.

4.3 Same Source Policy

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless a technical reason makes that impossible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — the destination for a withdrawal must be the same account from which the deposit was made.

4.4 Verification and Approval

t baji may temporarily hold or review any withdrawal request, particularly if an unusual transaction pattern is identified or if account information needs to be verified. In such cases, additional documents may be requested from the member.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

t baji runs various promotional offers for members, including a welcome bonus, weekly recharge offers, slot bonuses, and referral rewards. Each bonus has its own terms, which are described in detail on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses have a specific wagering or rollover requirement. A set amount of bets must be completed before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example: the 100% welcome bonus, up to ৳20,000 — the wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That means if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — and you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

If multiple accounts are used to claim bonus benefits, or if betting is done in a coordinated group, or if any system is used to meet bonus conditions, t baji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. The final decision on all bonus-related matters rests with t baji.

5.3 Bonus Withdrawal

t baji may modify, suspend, or completely discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This will not apply to a bonus already in progress, but changed terms will apply to new bonus claims.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless t baji itself declares the bet void due to a technical error. It is the member's responsibility to verify the correct selection, amount, and odds before placing a bet.

6.2 Odds Changes

In sports betting, odds may change before an event starts or during live betting. The odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are final — subsequent changes do not apply to that bet.

6.3 Erroneous Odds

If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human mistake, t baji reserves the right to cancel it and refund the amount due. The member will be contacted in such cases.

6.4 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a cricket match, football match, or any other sports event is cancelled, abandoned, or left undecided, the stake for the related bet is generally returned. This rule may vary depending on the specific game and circumstances.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t baji platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false, incomplete, or another person's identity.
• Placing bets using software, bots, automation tools, or any artificial method.
• Betting on match-fixed or pre-determined outcome events.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or software.
• Using betting exchange or arbitrage strategies to gain an undisclosed advantage.
• Operating an account in your own name using a third party's funds.

If any of the above activities are detected, t baji may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit any winnings obtained through improper means.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by t baji

t baji may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account if any clause of these rules is violated, if suspicious activity is detected, or during an ongoing investigation. t baji has the right to make this decision unilaterally.

8.2 Closure by Member

A member who wishes to close their account may submit a request through customer support. If any pending bets have not been settled or bonus conditions have not been met at the time of closure, those bonuses will be cancelled. Any valid balance may be withdrawn.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity on an account for an extended period, it may be marked as inactive. In this case, t baji will notify the member and take the necessary steps.

9 Disclaimer and Limitations

t baji provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. t baji will not be liable for the following:

• Loss of a bet or a casino game stopping mid-session due to an internet disconnection.
• Loss caused by a fault in the member's device or software.
• Server downtime or errors from third-party game providers.
• Loss of account access resulting from the member sharing their login credentials with others.
• Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, legal orders) that disrupt the service.

t baji makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but does not guarantee a specific uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

10 Personal Data Protection

All data is secured through SSL encryption. Members' information is not sold to third parties. No member's information is disclosed externally except in response to a lawful request from a law enforcement authority.

11 Responsible Gambling

t baji believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. It is each member's personal responsibility to play within their financial means and to avoid developing a gambling addiction.

Members may set their own deposit limits, place their account on a break for a set period, or permanently close it. These options can be activated through customer support.

12 Changes to Terms
